“Stories That Stick: The Power of Storytelling’’
Why do some stories stay with us for years while facts quickly fade? Why do learners remember stories long after they've forgotten grammar rules? What if storytelling could become one of your most powerful teaching tools?
In this interactive session, we'll explore how storytelling can transform English language learning by increasing engagement, boosting motivation, and making language memorable. Drawing on insights from neuroscience and classroom practice, we'll discover why our brains are naturally wired for stories and how teachers can use this to promote meaningful communication and deeper learning.
You'll experience practical, adaptable storytelling techniques that develop all four language skills while fostering creativity, confidence, collaboration, and critical thinking. Whether you teach young learners, teenagers, or adults, you'll leave with simple, ready-to-use activities that can be implemented immediately.
Come and rediscover the magic of storytelling—and learn how every lesson can become a story worth remembering.
