Abstract
Lights, Camera, AI: Produce Your Pro Lesson Video
In this lab, teachers and administrators will learn a five-step workflow to produce accessible, interactive lesson videos. Beginning with scenario planning and storyboard design grounded in visual storytelling principles, participants then generate AI-driven narration, experiment with avatar presentations, and apply video editing techniques. Finally, they embed formative interaction points to assess learner understanding. Each step emphasizes Universal Design for Learning and scaffolded support to ensure videos translate effectively across devices and proficiency levels. By the end, attendees will have drafted a 1-2 slide video prototype and gained a replicable process for creating professional-quality ELT multimedia elements that engage and differentiate instruction.
